Anna Altar’s Like You which arrived in 2018 was a surprise favourite of mine. Merging elements of MUNA and HAIM, there’s an undeniably brilliant pop edge to her writing; and No Difference, her first new material in several months and the first from a forthcoming EP, showcases a similar knack for a killer chorus. Again, elements of MUNA’s debut LP seep into the track, yet steeped with a wistful romantic tinge. Check it below.
