We’ve been meaning to spread the word about Brainchild Festivals’ upcoming 3rd year launch for a little while now, but alas, Christmas and New Year got in the way.

In our defence, the event is today, the 4th January, I mean who has the time?? But despite scuffles over our most convenient times of the year, Brainchild and Crack in the Road have had a wonderful working relationship thus far, we genuinely think their one of the most exciting festivals, fuck it projects, currently edging their way into prominence, and if you’ve been gazing through our pages over the last couple of years you’ll be well aware that the site have played a large part in the festivals’ very conception. As usual, the team at Brainchild have assembled a fantastic line-up to re-launch the festival, straddling the disciplines of poetry, art and music. If the festival is anything to go by , it’s likely to be a truly wonderful evening.

Check the full line-up below and we’ll hope to see you TODAY at The Refuge Art Centre, Unit 9A Copeland Park, Peckham, SE15 3SN. NO EXCUSES.
