Corey Coffman has followed up on last month’s release of his debut full length with a new Gleemer track, ‘Tarantula’, again available for free download via Soundcloud.
It’s another strong display of the songwriting talent we got to hear on Death Sky, Soft Eye, and from the sounds of it Coffman isn’t planning on changing up his supposed late night recording schedule at Brooklyn’s Atlantic Sound Studios anytime soon. ‘Tarantula’ broods and argues through an epic four and a half minutes of expansive guitars and Coffman’s beautifully yearning voice, describing what sounds like a failing relationship being played out against the backdrop of a dark, lonely city.
