London trio Cub Scout have sure been busy earning their badges… sorry that’s awful.
Anyway, their latest track Lost picks up where they left off on Seconds, with it’s sparse, atmospheric vibe and haunting female vocals. There’s several moments when it threatens to turn into a rip-your-ears-off Skrillex-fans-love-it wobwobwob, yet rescues itself from the point of self destruction with it’s delicate rhythm and ethereal vibe. Sort of what might happen if Dido collaborated with James Blake, or something… Check out Lost below.
