Despite being unceremoniously cut after only two songs at the Pitchfork SXSW day party (due to time constraints, not quality), there’s no doubting the support that Pitchfork have provided Youth Lagoon throughout his blossoming career. This latest session of recent album track Dropla not only serves to mend some bridges, but also to complete the expansion of Youth Lagoon, from a timid, understated performer to a group of musicians fully capable of wowing stadium sized crowds.
