Yuck’s sound is as distinctive as the decade it seeks to re-imagine. So when a 4-track cassette was released last year that was largely piano based, Yuck fans were pretty darn baffled. It turns out it was the side project of lead singer Daniel Blumberg.
The tracks are absorbing, deeply personal and fragile in their very sensibility. After returning from his show with Porcelain Raft only a few hours ago, I can confirm he’s just as moving live. Tears were shed (mostly by me). Check out his latest track bellow!
