UK hip-hop feels in a really strong place right now, what with the likes of BBK playing mainstages around the world, Loyle Carner becoming a radio mainstay and seemingly every summer festival opting to include hip hop or grime artists somewhere on their billing.
London’s Patch may have been releasing tracks for a couple of years, but it seems that in the past few months he’s hit a fresh wave of inspiration, seen most notably on new track Point of View, combining intelligent, cutting lyricism, with a gospel inspired beat. Check it out below.
