TĀLĀ is the perfect example of an artist showing a truly exciting development of sound.
From the darker, more experimental reaches of her first EP, to latest track, Alchemy, a TLC infused number, easily her most accessible (yet still brilliant) to date, it’s far more interesting watching an artist develop in this manner, than following the current major label ethos of attempting to thrust a fully formed act directly into the public domain.
