Well over a year since Stockholm duo Grapell cropped up with their intriguing debut EP, and they’re now back with a far more coherent and focused sound. Shaping My Love ditches the Radiohead fascination that clung to their first release, and finds them sliding through a range of soul and R&B influences. Yet again marking them out as one of the most exciting Swedish acts around at this moment in time, it’ll be interesting to see where their forthcoming EP takes them.
