You know when you get back from a festival, discover a new act and find out that you missed them playing at said festival? Well, it turns out that I missed Bristol quartet Seasfire at The Great Escape, and having just heard their new single Heartbeat, it’s safe to say that gutted doesn’t even begin to cover it.
It’s a fairly fragile, desolate affair, and has dollops of The Postal Service spattered unashamedly throughout, yet works somehow as the perfect pop gem that it is. Check out the decidedly cliched black and white video below.
