Mikey Maramag’s new project, Church Spires, is a name I’m increasingly excited about. After the release of his debut cut, Islandic, less than a week ago, it’s great to have a new tune to digest so soon. The tune in question is Tropical Night, a piece of music that wears its intentions firmly on its sleeve. It flutters, throbs and floats with the warmth, smells and people of the night, and it does it with style.
