Anyway, Devon songstress Alice Jemima has been on my radar for a few months now, however for some reason I never got round to actually writing about her music. With her latest outing, a cover of LDR’s Million Dollar Man, she showcases just how promising a talent she is. Gone are the lush orchestral sections, replaced by the fragile vocals of Jemima and sparse instrumentation, completing one of the finest covers you’ll hear this year. I think I’ve got a crush.
