Seems like their song ‘We Live Again’ predicted the future.

Psychadelic indie rockers Grandaddy have announced they will be reforming. The band are set to play a limited run of gigs this year, including taking the headline slot at this year’s End of the Road festival.

Jon Pareles of The New York Times described the band’s songs in such a perfect way & it’s Friday so I’m just going to copy & paste; “Stately anthems orchestrated with full late-psychedelic pomp: fuzz-toned guitar strumming, rippling keyboards brawny drumbeats” BOOM YEAH now that’s a reccomendation if ever I read one.

The festival Grandaddy are set to play, End of the Road, is an intimate independent festival taking place at the Larmer Tree Gardens in North Dorset. Joining Grandaddy in the lineup include Jeffrey Lewis, Grizzly Bear & Islet.
