The second full length LP from Nite Jewel, ‘One Second of Love’, is an album that slowly crept into my ‘I’m excited about this’ list of 2012. The track ‘In the Dark’ sparked it all; a dark and soulful jam that ended up being pleasing on the ear more than anything else, but then again, it’s pretty cool when music’s like that right? As an album, I wanted something that took a few more risks, both vocally and musically.
