Despite claiming they wouldn’t be retreating back to the studio until 2013, earlier today Arctic Monkeys released a surprise single in the form of the grunge heavy R U Mine? Accompanied by a black and white, entirely tongue in cheek video, R U Mine? finds Turner’s vocals at their finest since 2007’s Favourite Worst Nightmare.
With their last two records proving slightly questionable in quality, it’s brilliant to hear the four piece back to their very best.
