Two years in the making, Mike Hadreas aka Perfume Genius releases his sophomore album Put Your Back N 2 It this time next week.
With this debut album Learning receiving rave reviews and lining him up with a support slot for Beirut, Hadreas adopted a more expansive sound for this new record. Hadreas is known for his emotionally poignant, piano led ballads, and his sincere and honest approach to his music. A promotional video featuring famed gay porn star Arpad Miklos for Put Your Back N 2 It caused controversy earlier in the year when some advertisers banned it from being shown due to ‘explicit adult themes’.
