There’s some rather interesting murmurings coming from Japan at the moment, and this new track from Tokyo outfit BOYISH is sure to support their growing DIY music scene.
Whilst Blindfold might be slightly rough around the edges, it has an ever so charming, lukewarm feel to it, with twee-shoegaze inspirations tattooed unashamedly across the track. Comparisons could be made to The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart, yet there’s no sinister undertones, just three minutes of brilliant, guitar-led loveliness. Check out Blindfold below.
