You may remember Zoo Kid, a South-East London based artist, who last year blew the blogosphere out of the water with his debut release/video ‘Out Getting Ribs’.
It seems that the New Year has brought with it a new name, with the young singer/songwriter now going under the name of King Krule. Despite the new name, the music essentially flows in a similar way, lending from Elvis Costello and perhaps more recently Jamie T, his new track blends a London ladish swagger with tender and youthful insecurities and frustrations.
King Krule’s new EP drops through True Panther on November 7.
