Chairlift lead singer Caroline Polachek and Tom Hines have made and directed the video for the new single, Amanaemonesia, which will be included on the their 3rd LP, due to be released on Columbia next year. To describe it as ‘odd’ would perhaps be an understatement, or perhaps more cynically, really fucking lazy.
What it is, above else, is glamorously Si-Fi, unnervingly paranoid and rather disturbingly comes across as an educational video. But yeah, I suppose it’s slightly ‘odd’ as well.
